Opening an account requires your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and the identifying details from your government-issued identity document. All data is encrypted before transmission and stored exclusively at: server.nexusloan.co
Technical details transmitted by your device — including model identifier, operating system version, network IP address, and Google Advertising ID — are collected to maintain platform stability and security. This data does not inform credit decisions or serve any advertising purpose.
To protect against fraudulent activity, the App may read the package identifiers and installation status of other apps on your device. No content, messages, passwords, or activity data from any other app is ever accessed. This data is used solely for fraud detection.
Submitting identity documents requires camera access. Images are encrypted at the point of capture and transmitted directly to server.nexusloan.co for verification. They are permanently deleted once the verification process completes. The camera is never activated without your explicit action.
With your permission, approximate location data may be used to confirm that our service is available in your area. Precise GPS coordinates are never collected or stored, and location data has no bearing on credit decisions or advertising.
Aggregated, anonymised data on how the App is used — session patterns, navigation flows, and error events — informs ongoing improvements to performance and user experience. Individual users cannot be identified from this data.
We process personal data only for defined, legitimate purposes:
You may withdraw any optional permission at any time. Features that depend on a particular permission may become unavailable, but your core account will remain active. We will never access data from permissions you have not granted.

When your account is closed and any mandatory retention window has passed, your data is either permanently deleted or rendered irrecoverable through anonymisation. The specific retention period depends on the data category and the regulations that apply to it.
NexusLoan is available to adults only. We do not accept registrations from individuals under 18, and our identity verification process is designed to detect and reject underage applications.
If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 18, we will close it immediately, cancel any open transactions, and delete all associated data without delay. To report a concern about a minor's registration, contact us at support@nexusloan.co.
